The right of withdrawal is regulated in article 47 of the Consumer Statute and refers to the possibility for the consumer, when acquiring a product through non-traditional or distance systems, to withdraw from said acquisition within five (5) business days following, counted from the delivery of the good. After this time, we cannot offer you a refund, but we can offer an exchange that you can make up to thirty (30) days after your purchase has been delivered.
