During Black Friday and sales periods, delivery times may increase significantly and are subject to availability. During these seasons, your order may experience an impact on its delivery promise of at least 2 to 8 additional business days.

COVERAGE

We ship to all departments in Colombian territory through our logistics partners, who guarantee security and coverage, so that your garments arrive in proper condition and at the address you desire.

SHIPPING COST

Before finalizing your purchase (Checkout), you will see an additional charge reflected for the products you are going to buy, which corresponds to the amount charged by the carrier. Remember that to avoid paying this cost, we recommend that your total purchase exceeds the minimum value for free shipping of $250,000.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our deliveries are only made on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Colombia.

For main cities, the approximate delivery time is 2 to 8 business days, and for other municipalities, times range from 8 to 15 business days depending on the destination.

Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time and must be sent to a specific and secure address, such as home or office.

The delivery time starts counting from the payment confirmation and may be affected by force majeure factors, as well as the town where you are located and the day and time you make the purchase.

Don't worry, we will take care of resolving it and will give you a response as soon as possible. Our customer service hours are Monday to Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

REMEMBER THAT:

Our payment platform must approve the transaction according to data analysis.

  • Payments with credit card and using the PSE button may take up to (1) business day for approval.
  • For payments with Efecty and Baloto, payment information may take up to (1) business day after the payment is made.
  • For cash-on-delivery payments, times begin to count immediately after the purchase is made.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Subsequently, when your order is shipped, we will send a new email with the # tracking number (Tracking Number) with which you can find out the real location of the product and the estimated delivery date with the carrier.
