Exchanges, Warranties, and Right of Withdrawal
At dandiklub.shop, we strive to offer you the highest quality products for your well-being. If for any reason you need to manage an exchange or return of your supplements or products from our store in general, our policy is strictly governed by the Consumer Statute in Colombia (Law 1480 of 2011).
1. Right of Withdrawal (Purchase Cancellation)
In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, as an online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within five (5) business days following the delivery of the product to your address.
Mandatory Conditions: The product must be returned in perfect condition, completely sealed, with its original packaging, labels, and intact security seals, as delivered by our distributors, without any signs of having been opened or consumed.
Legal Exceptions: For reasons of health and food hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to short-shelf-life products (perishable) or those that have been unsealed, had their security seals broken, or partially consumed.
Shipping Costs: Transportation costs and any other costs associated with returning the product due to withdrawal will be fully assumed by the buyer.
Refund: Once the optimal condition of the returned product has been verified, we will refund your money through our payment gateway (ePayco / Mercado Pago/ others) within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days (subject to bank reversal times).
2. Exchanges due to Legal Warranty (Quality or Suitability Defects)
If the product received has a manufacturing defect, is expired, arrived broken by the carrier, with the packaging swollen or factory altered, you can request the warranty to be honored. Attach corresponding photo and/or video evidence, taken at the time of receipt of the merchandise.
Reporting Period: You must report the issue within one (1) calendar day after receiving the order (24 hours).
Logistics and Costs: dandiklub.shop will cover 100% of the transportation costs for picking up the defective product and sending the new product.
Resolution Options: Once the defect has been verified by our technical team, you can choose between:
1. Exchange for an identical product in perfect condition.
2. Exchange for another product of equal value available in the store.
3. Full refund of the money paid for the affected product.
3. Procedure for Requesting an Exchange or Return

2. Attach the order number or purchase invoice.
3. Include clear photographs (and video) of the condition of the product causing the request.
4. Clearly indicate whether you are requesting the application of the Right of Withdrawal or the Legal Warranty.
